Sunbird Power Academy provides online educational courses and related learning materials. By using our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Course Access
Courses are provided digitally through our course platform. Unless otherwise stated, each course purchase includes access for the period specified at the time of purchase. Course access is intended for the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed without our written permission.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our course platform provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of suspected misuse or payment issues.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our courses.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase; and
- You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- A certificate of completion has already been issued;
- A substantial portion of the course has already been accessed or completed; or
- There is evidence of misuse, copying, sharing, or unauthorized distribution of course materials.

5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, documents, graphics, and related content made available through Sunbird Power Academy are the property of Sunbird Power Inc., unless otherwise stated.
You may use the course materials for your own personal learning only. You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, publish, modify, sell, or share any course content without our prior written consent.
6. Account and Login Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where account sharing or unauthorized use is suspected.
7. Certificates
Certificates of completion may be issued for eligible courses upon successful completion of course requirements. A certificate confirms completion of the course only and does not constitute a professional license, designation, or guarantee of employment.
8. Disclaimer
Our courses are provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we aim to provide practical and high-quality learning content, we do not guarantee any specific professional, business, or employment outcome from participation in our courses.
Course content should not be relied upon as legal, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice specific to your situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunbird Power Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, courses, or materials.
